<span style="color: #222222;">Scrutiny of nominations for the second phase of Lok Sabha elections was held on Wednesday.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Ninety-seven constituencies, spread over 13 States and Union Territories, will go to polls in this phase on 18th of next month. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">All 39 seats in Tamil Nadu, 10 in Maharashtra, eight in Uttar Pradesh, five each in Assam, Bihar and Odisha; three each in Chhattisgarh and West Bengal; two in Jammu and Kashmir; and one each in Manipur, Tripura and Puducherry will go to polls in the second phase. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, nomination papers of all the  14 candidates for the Udhampur-Doda Lok Sabha constituency have been found valid after scrutiny. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Apart from senior BJP leader  Dr. Jitendra Singh, other prominent candidates in the fray include Vikramaditya Singh of Indian National Congress and Harsh Dev Singh of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Bihar, 19 nomination papers were rejected during scrutiny today.  Seventy nomination papers were found correct. 89 nomination papers were filed for this phase. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Odisha, 37 nominations for Lok Sabha and 261  nominations for Assembly seats were found valid after scrutiny of nominations for the second phase. 5 Lok Sabha and 35 Assembly seats in the state will go to polls on 18th April in this phase. </span><br />''
