The 16-coach Science Exhibition train is currently touring the North-Eastern states to disseminate information, particularly among school students, on various scientific explanation and development in the country.

The exhibition special train is focussing on biodiversity and climate change, mounted on a specially designed air-conditioned train. The train is now kept for public viewing at Rangiya Junction in Kamrup district of Assam.

It will also tour Mariani, Dibrugarh, Dimapur, Kamakhya and Siliguri railway stations till 29th of this month.

According to Railway sources, the train is proposed to travel altogether 52 stations across the country. (EOM) rks. 13.06.2012.
