In view of extreme cold wave, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to close all schools up to the class 12th, for today and tomorrow.<br />'' <br />'' The schools have also been directed to reschedule practical board examinations that were to be held on both the days.<br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports that the state is reeling under cold wave conditions. For the last two consecutive days, the maximum temperature has been hovering around 12 degrees Celsius.<br />'' <br />'' In Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Banda, Orai, Kheeri and Hamirpur, the day temperature recorded was 11 degrees below normal, forcing people to remain indoors.
