SC to hear tomorrow Maha's plea for event at Girgaum beach

The Supreme Court will hear tomorrow Maharashtra government's plea for granting permission to hold an event at Girgaum Chowpaty beach in Mumbai to kick-start the 'Make in India Week' programme. <br/><br/>Besides Prime Minister Narendra Modi, five to six heads of nations are likely to take part in the event to be held from 13th to 18th of this month. A three-judge bench today agreed to hear the State government's appeal tomorrow. The Bombay High Court had last week refused to allow the state to hold the event at Girgaum Chowpatty.
