The Supreme Court will hear today the pleas of Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi against the Delhi High Court verdict refusing to quash summons issued to them in the National Herald case. The matter is listed before a bench of Justices J S Khehar and C Nagappan.<br/><br/>Earlier, a bench comprising Chief Justice T S Thakur and Justice R Banumathi had assured senior advocate Kapial Sibal, representing the Gandhi family, saying they will look into it for giving an urgent hearing.<br/><br/>Sibal said Subramanian Swamy, the BJP leader who has filed the criminal complaint against the UPA Chairperson and five others, had earlier agreed to 12 th February, the scheduled date of hearing, and now he was saying he is not available till 19th of this month.<br/><br/>A magistrate court had fixed 20th February for their appearance in the court.
