The Supreme Court will hear today a plea seeking an independent probe into the death of special CBI Judge BH Loya. <br/><br/>A bench, headed by Chief Justice Dipak Misra, yesterday took note of the submission seeking an urgent hearing on the plea for a probe into Loya's death. <br/><br/>The plea was filed by a Maharashtra-based journalist. He submitted that a fair probe was needed into the death.<br/><br/>Loya had died of a cardiac arrest in Nagpur, when he had gone to attend a wedding on 1st December, 2014.<br/>
