Supreme Court has agreed to hear on Wednesday appeals challenging bail to controversial RJD leader Shahabuddin in a case pertaining to the killing of a youth in Siwan town of Bihar. <br/><br/>The state government moved the Supreme Court last week seeking cancellation of Shahabuddin's bail saying it was not properly heard by Patna High Court while granting him the bail. <br/><br/>Shahabuddin, who was in jail for 11 years in connection with dozens of cases, was granted bail by the Patna High Court on 7th of this month. He was released from Bhagalpur jail on 10th.
