The Supreme Court today said it will hear a plea of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav seeking bail in three cases related to the multi-crore-Rupee fodder scam on 10th April. A bench headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi directed the CBI to file reply by Tuesday and said Prasad's bail plea will be taken up for hearing the day after. <br />''  <br />''Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo, sought urgent listing of the bail plea saying notice has been issued in the matter. The RJD was in power in Bihar with Prasad as the chief minister when the scam had taken place.</span><br />
