SC to hear Ayodhya title dispute case in January 2019

<span style="color: #222222;">The Supreme Court on Monday fixed the Ayodhya title dispute cases for the first week of January. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Chief Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi, heading a three-judge bench,  said an appropriate bench will decide the date in January.  He said they don't know which bench will hear the matter. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Besides Chief Justice, the SC bench also comprised Justices S.K.Kaul land K.M.Joseph. Earlier,  Tushar Mehta, additional solicitor general,  appearing on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh government in the title suit, asked the court to take up the case after the Diwali break. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On 27th of last month, another apex court bench, headed by the then Chief Justice of India  Dipak Misra had refused to send to a larger bench the 1994 observation that a mosque is not an integral part of Islam.</span>
