Supreme Court today stayed proceedings against suspended Gujarat IPS Officer, Sanjiv Bhatt in K.D.Pant case. The Apex court stayed the proceedings till 15th of July.

Sanjiv Bhatt was arrested by Gujarat Police in September 2011 for allegedly forcing police Constabhle K.D.Pant to file a false affidavit against the Chief Minister
