The Supreme Court today asked the Army not to go ahead with the Court of Inquiry against retired Lt General Avadhesh Prakash in Sukna land scam case till the 29th of this month.<br/><br/>The order was passed by a bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan on a petition filed by Prakash challenging the order of the Armed Forces Tribunal allowing the Army to go ahead with a fresh Court of Inquiry against him.<br/><br/><br/>While posting the matter for March 29, the bench said till such time there shall be no proceedings against him in connection with the scam.
