The Supreme Court today imposed a cost of one crore rupees on the Delhi and District Cricket Association( DDCA) for non-compliance of Delhi High Court order issued in 2013 on a disputed structure at Ferozshah Kotla stadium. <br/><br/>The apex court, however, refrained from passing any order to pull it down , observing that it will be a "national wastage" to do so. The Supreme Court bench headed by Justice J S Khehar and also comprising Justice C Nagappanand, made it clear that the amount will be utilised for development and improving facilities at the stadium.The court has posted the matter for further hearing on Friday.
