The Supreme Court has set up a panel of two ex-judges to look into 199 cases of 1984 anti-sikh riots in which closure report was been filed by SIT. <br/><br/>The panel of Justices J M Panchal and K S Radhakrishnan will start functioning from 5th of September. The apex court has asked them to file a report within three months.
