The Supreme Court today restrained former BCCI President N?Srinivasan along with Niranjan Shah from attending cricket board's Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled on Wednesday. <br/><br/>A bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra said, the SGM shall be attended only by the office bearers of the state cricket associations. <br/><br/>N Srinivasan, who had to step down as BCCI Chief in the wake of the 2013 IPL spot-fixing and betting scandal, has been violating Lodha committee recommendations on age and tenure guidelines. The reforms suggested by the Justice Lodha panel says no official above the age of 70 should participate in BCCI matters.<br/><br/>The bench also said that all the associations shall implement the recommendations of Justice R M Lodha committee as far as practicable barring issues raised pertaining to membership, selectors, number of votes which will be debated before the apex court. <br/><br/>The bench has fixed the matter for further hearing on 18th of next month and said it would consider two issues, implementation of the Lodha panel recommendations as far as practicable by the state associations as well as the names to fill up the vacancies in the apex court-appointed committee of administrators.
