The Supreme Court today reserved its order on the Bihar government's plea seeking cancellation of bail granted to suspended RJD MLA Raj Ballabh Yadav in a rape case of a minor girl. A bench of Justices A K Sikri and A M Sapre was told by Yadav's counsel that his client would remain outside Bihar till the completion of trial in the case. <br/><br/>The apex court had on November 8 directed Yadav to surrender before a trial court in Bihar after suspending a Patna High Court order granting bail to him. Mr Yadav had allegedly raped the minor girl at his residence in Biharsharif on February 6 this year.
