SC reconstitutes 5-member Constitution Bench to hear Ayodhya land dispute

<span style="color: #222222;">A new five-judge Constitution Bench has been constituted in the Supreme Court to hear Ram Janambhoomi-Babri Masjid land title dispute in Ayodhya. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Justices Ashok Bhushan and Abdul Nazeer have been now included in the new Constitution Bench. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Headed by Chief justice Ranjan Gogoi, the bench also comprises of Justices S.A. Bobde and D.Y. Chandrachud. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The bench was re-constituted as Justice U.U. Lalit, who was a member of the original bench had recused himself on January 10. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Justice N.V. Ramana, who was in the bench which last heard the matter on January 10, is not a member in the new bench. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The case will be heard on January 29 at 10:30 AM.</span>
