The Supreme Court has set aside Punjab and Haryana High Court order temporarily disallowing 5 Haryana Janhit Congress MLAs from joining ruling Congress government.

The Apex Court has asked Haryana Assembly Speaker to decide within 3 months the issue of disqualification of 5 Janhit Congress MLAs.
