Supreme Court today ordered medical examination of Justice C S Karnan, who is facing contempt proceedings, by a team of doctors on the coming 5th. It asked government hospital Kolkata to set up a medical board and to submit its report by 8th of May.<br/><br/> The court also directed West Bengal Director General of Police to set up a team of police officials to assist the medical board in examining Justice Karnan.<br/>'<br/>The Apex court has asked Justice Karnan to file his response, and said, if he decides not to file his response, it would presume that he has nothing to say.<br/><br/>The Supreme Court directed all courts, tribunals, commissions across country not to consider any order passed by Justice Karnan after February 8 when it had restrained him from taking up judicial work.
