The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice to the CBI and the Rajasthan government on a plea for transferring the trial of Bhanwari Devi murder case out of the state and to the national capital Delhi.A bench of justices T S Thakur and F M Ibrahim Kalifulla also sought replies of all the 17 accused, including sacked state minister Mahipal Maderna and Congress MLA Malkhan Singh Bishnoi, in the case on the plea by victim's sister for transfer of the trial out of Rajasthan.In a related development ,the Rajasthan Police on Monday arrested an absconded accused Kailash Jakhar in the murder case.Jakhar had escaped from the Jodhpur High court premises on 14th June. Police arrested him from a village near Sujangarh in Churu district in early morning. According to Police Commissioner of Jodhpur, Bhupendra Kumar Dak, Jakhar will be produced in the court on Tuesday.
