The Supreme Court today issued notices to Social Activist-Anna Hazare, central government, Maharashtra government and CBI in connection with alleged financial irregularities in the Hind Swaraj trust of Hazare. The notices were issued in response to a public interest litigation filed in the apex Court in this regard.

The petition alleges that financial irregularities were done while using the grants received from Maharshtra government and Central government immediately after trust's registration in 1995. The petitioner have asked for probe into the case by CBI.
