Supreme Court judge Justice Dipak Misra who pronounced verdict on Yakub Memon death penalty has received an anonymous threat letter. Delhi Police official said, a case has been registered against unidentified persons at Tughlaq Road Police Station. Police said, the Security was also beefed up at Justice Misra's residence.<br/><br/>As Supreme Court dismissed Yakub Memon's last-minute attempt to escape the gallows and rejected his plea for a stay on the death warrant, Justice Dipak Misra delivered the final order. "Stay of death warrant would be a travesty of justice. <br/><br/>The plea is dismissed," said Justice Misra, heading a three-judge bench, in an order in Court Room 4 which was opened for an unprecedented 90-minute hearing that started at 3.20 AM and ended a little before dawn.
