The Supreme Court today issued notices to Dimple Kapadia and her son-in-law Akshay Kumar on a plea of Anita Advani against quashing of her complaint of domestic violence against them, subsequent to the death of film star Rajesh Khanna. <br/><br/>An apex court bench headed by Chief Justice H L Dattu issued notice on Anita Advani's plea challenging a Bombay High Court order quashing her complaint of domestic violence against Kapadia and others. <br/><br/>Advani who says she was a live-in partner of Khanna's for almost a decade while he was estranged from Dimple is claiming a share of his assets and monthly maintenance. She filed a complaint in 2013 against Dimple and others. She claims to have been evicted from his Bandra Bungalow and wants to be given a three-bedroom flat .
