Supreme Court today issued notice to the Centre on a PIL seeking registration of FIR against persons named in an Italian court judgement in the AugustaWestland case. <br/><br/>The plea has also sought court-monitored probe in the scam. Recently, an Italian court has observed that there is a reasonable belief of corruption in the helicopter deal. The deal is related to the purchase of 12 helicopters from Italian manufacturer, Finmeccanica during the UPA rule.
