The Supreme Court will today hear the dispute between the Shiv Sena factions of Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde related to the party symbol and related matters.<br />'' <br />''On Tuesday, the CJI-led bench of the Apex court had referred the case to a five-judge Constitution Bench. While referring the matter to a larger bench, the three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice N.V. Ramana had noted that the dispute raises important constitutional questions relating to interpretation of Schedule 10 (anti-defection law) of the Constitution pertaining to disqualification, as well as the powers of the Speaker and the Governor and the power of judicial review.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">While ordering the listing of petitions before the Constitution Bench, the Supreme Court also directed the Election Commission not to pass any orders on the Eknath Shinde-led faction's plea seeking recognition as the true Shiv Sena and  it may be granted the party's election symbol.</span><br />
