The Supreme Court today cancelled all interim relief including the bail granted to Sahara chief Subrata Roy and two others and directed them to be taken into custody.'<br/><br/>However the court granted one week's time to Subrata Roy to surrender and return to custody. Besides Roy, other two Sahara directors, Ashok Roy Choudhary & Ravi S Dubey, will also have to surrender within a week. <br/><br/>The bench, which also comprised Justices A R Dave and A K Sikri, then fixed the fresh plea of Roy seeking modification of the court's order on October 3. It then later advanced the date of hearing on September 28 instead.

The apex court also agreed to hear on Oct 3 a fresh plea of Sahara chief and others with regard to grant of bail. <br/><br/>The apex court had on 16th of this month extended the parole of the Sahara chief till today, which was granted to him in May after his mother passed away. Roy has been lodged in Tihar jail since March 4, 2014 on the orders of the apex court in relation with a long running dispute with market regulator SEBI.
