In Ruchika Gilotra molestation case, the Supreme Court today granted bail to the accused and the former Director General of Haryana Police SPS Rathore. The bail was granted after the Central Bureau of Investigation said that it had no proof to nail Rathore. Chandigarh court had earlier rejected Rathore’s bail plea in the case.
