The Supreme Court today granted 15 more working days to Sahara chief, Subrata Roy to finalise the deal to sell his three luxury hotels. The money raised from the deal is to be deposited with Securities & Exchange Board of India, SEBI in order to get bail.
The bench, after going through the documents including the in-principle master agreement with the potential buyer, observed that attempts have been made to finalise the deal and granted more time to hold consultations.
