The Supreme Court has granted three months' extension to CBI to complete its investigation in the Soharabuddin encounter case.The apex court has also turned down former Gujarat Home Minister Amit Shah's plea for recall of its Jan 12 order for a CBI probe into allegation that one of the judges of the bench Justice Tarun Chatterjee was under the scanner of the agency in connection with some other case.
