The Supreme Court today entrusted ex-CBI Special Director M L Sharma with the power to summon any person in his inquiry against Ranjit Sinha, accused of scuttling probe in the coal block scam as the agency's chief.<br/><br/>A special bench of Justices M B Lokur, Kurian Joseph and A K Sikri also ordered that M L Sharma will have access to all documents required by him for his probe. <br/>The bench, which asked the former CBI officer to submit the report of inquiry in three months, accepted his requirement of three retired police officers and two support staff for carrying the job entrusted to him.
