Supreme Court today dismisses a PIL seeking a CBI probe into the citizenship row involving Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi. The Court had last week said that there is no urgency in the matter when the lawyer pleaded for urgent listing and hearing on his PIL. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy had alleged that Rahul Gandhi had declared himself a British national in documents before the company law authorities in UK.
