<span style="color: #222222;">The Supreme Court today dismissed a petition seeking to change the name of the Bombay High Court as Maharashtra High Court. A bench comprising Justices Aniruddha Bose and Vikram Nath dismissed the petition after noting that it is a matter to be decided by Parliament. The bench said that it cannot interfere with the Parliamentary procedure. </span><br />
