The Supreme Court directs the Centre to place before it file pertaining to appointment of Lt Gen Bikram Singh as Army Chief-designate. The apex court today said that it will go through the document pertaining to appointment of the Army Chief at 2 PM.The court refused to hold in-camera proceeding of its hearing on a PIL challenging appointment of Bikram Singh as next Army Chief.
