SC asks NALSA to file report on child trafficking

The Supreme Court has asked the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) to file its report on measures which can be adopted to curb child trafficking and prostitution and ensure the rehabilitation of victims. <br/><br/>A three-judge bench, headed Justice AR Dave, agreed to the submission of senior advocate Dushyant Dave, appearing for an NGO, that states are not doing enough to curb child trafficking. The court, which asked NALSA to file its report within four weeks, has posted the matter for the 25th of next month.
