The Supreme Court today asked the Election Commission to file a reply within two weeks on a plea seeking direction for common electoral rolls for Parliament, Assembly and local body polls to save public money and manpower.<br/>'<br/>A bench comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra, and Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud, listed the matter for disposal on March 5 and asked Attorney General K K Venugopal to assist the court in the matter.<br/><br/>The apex court had on October 13 last year sought the response of the Centre and the Election Commission on the plea, filed by Delhi BJP leader Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay.<br/>''''<br/>
