Supreme Court today asked the Centre to apprise it on Monday on the urgent steps being taken to accelerate rescue, relief and rehabilitation operations in Jammu and Kashmir.

The court asked the Centre to consider forming a Unified Agency for proper co-ordination of work.

The apex court also urged the Centre and the State Government to make the Constitutional offices like High Court, functional in Srinagar.
