The Supreme Court has expressed its anguish that the Centre did not stand by its promise to give a categorical answer on starting air services to Shimla and some north-eastern states. The court yesterday said that it will pass an order fixing accountability to start the air services. A bench, headed by Chief Justice TS Thakur, directed Centre to apprise it about the issue in two days. The court posted the matter for hearing tomorrow.
