<span style="color: #222222;">The Supreme Court today allowed Congress leader P Chidambaram's son Karti to travel to the US, Germany and Spain this month. He is facing criminal cases which are being probed by the Enforcement Directorate and the CBI.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">A bench headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said the permission to Karti Chidambaram to travel abroad is subject to compliance of conditions imposed earlier.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The apex court had in January granted him permission to travel abroad after depositing 10 crore rupees with the Secretary General of the Supreme Court. The top court had also asked him to file an undertaking that he would return and cooperate with the investigation.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">One of the cases that Karti faces relates to the Foreign Investment Promotion Board clearance to INX Media for receiving foreign funds of 305 crore rupees when his father was the Finance Minister.</span><br />
