The Supreme Court has agreed to hear UP Minister Azam Khan's plea today in a case related to state Jal Nigam. He had moved the apex court against bailable warrant issued against him by Allahabad High Court in the matter.<br/><br/>Earlier on the 1st of this month, the High Court had issued bailable warrant against Chairman of UP Jal Nigam, Azam Khan, who is also a cabinet minister, for securing his presence in the court yesterday in a service related case of an engineer of the Jal Nigam. The court was informed that the warrant issued by the court has not been executed.
