Supreme Court today accepted the unconditional apology tendered by former SC judge Makrandey Katju in a contempt case. The apex court had issued contempt notice to Katju in November last for contemptuous remarks in Soumya rape and murder case. <br/><br/>The court has closed the contempt proceedings against him. Justice Katju has also deleted the blog in which he had criticized the SC judges for their judgment in the case.
