Saudi Arabia urged the world to apply "utmost pressure" on Iran, while Tehran dismissed that policy as already having failed. Saudi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Assaf urged world leaders at the U.N. General Assembly yesterday, to cut off Iran's financial resources.
