Jailed AIADMK leader VK Sasikala has moved a review petition in the Supreme Court against her conviction and sentencing her to 4 year imprisonment in a graft case.<br/><br/>Sasikala was convicted in the 19 year old disproportionate assets case on February 14 by the apex court setting aside the Karnataka High Court order acquitting her and two others. The court abated the proceedings against J Jayalalithaa after her death, who was also an accused in the case.<br/><br/>The court had indicted Jayalalithaa, albeit posthumously, of having criminally conspired with then aide Sasikala at her Poes Garden residence to launder the unaccounted wealth. The apex court set aside the Karnataka High Court's acquittal of Sasikala and two co-accused in the case.
