French President Nicolas Sarkozy has said that terrorism emanating from Pakistan and Afghanistan is a major source of instability in the world. Addressing ISRO scientists in Bangalore, President Sarkozy said his country would provide all help for development of India's nuclear programme. He said France was delighted to set up a nuclear plant in Jaitapur that will produce 10,000 MW of clean energy. The French President said India along with Brazil, Germany, Japan, Africa and Arab world should be in the UN Security Council. Sarkozy said he believed Indian currency would be counted as one of major currencies in the world.
