Aam Aadmi Party leaders Sanjay Singh, Narayan Das Gupta and Sushil Gupta will be the party's nominees for the Rajya Sabha from Delhi. The names were announced by AAP leader and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. <br/><br/>He said, the decision was taken at the party's Political Affairs Committee meeting at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence in New Delhi. <br/><br/>Friday is the last day for filing nominations for the three Rajya Sabha seats and the polling if necessary will take place on 16th of this month. <br/>' <br/>Soon after the Party announced the names, disgruntled AAP leader Kumar Vishwas attacked Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal saying that he has been punished for speaking the truth. <br/><br/>Mr Vishwas, who was angling for a Rajya Sabha slot, said that it is difficult to survive in the the AAP if one disagrees with Mr Kejriwal. <br/>'<br/>Meanwhile, Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari hit out at Mr Kejriwal, saying that the AAP has betrayed the people by nominating two businessmen for the Rajya Sabha polls. <br/><br/>Speaking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr Tiwari said the announcement of the candidates belied its anti-corruption plank based on which it stormed to power in Delhi. He said, Mr Kejriwal has betrayed not only Delhi but also the whole Country.<br/>' <br/>Delhi Congress president Ajay Maken said that Sushil Gupta, a former Congress worker, came to him earlier to tender his resignation and told him beforehand that he was promised a Rajya Sabha berth by the AAP.
