Sanjay Kothari has been appointed as Secretary to President elect Ram Nath Kovind. Mr. Kothari, a 1978 batch IAS of Haryana cadre, is currently the Chairman of Public Enterprises Selection Board. <br/><br/>Bharat Lal, a forest service officer, has been appointed as Joint Secretary to the President. <br/><br/>Senior journalist and distinguished fellow at Observer Research Foundation, Ashok Malik will be Press Secretary to the President.<br/><br/>Their names were approved by Appointment Committee of the Cabinet.
