In Jammu and Kashmir, the 1.26 megawatt Sanjak Micro Hydel Project on Kanji Nalaah will be commissioned in October this year and will start generating power next year. <br/><br/>This has been told by the Executive Councilor for Agriculture and Revenue Haji Ghulam Amir during his visit to the Sanjak Micro Hydel Project today.<br/><br/>Haji Amir told our correspondent Anayat Ali that Government has sanctioned four crore fifty lakhs for purchasing New machinery which has created a hope for the completion of this project which was incomplete from the last 20 years. <br/><br/>During his visit the Executive Councilor also inspected the Head Work of Phosaathang Canal which is constructing at a cost of 3.20 Crore rupees. <br/><br/>This canal will help in irrigation of 760 hectare of land and will help in the agriculture production of Chiktan Block.
