In the French Open tennis championship, India's Sania Mirza has advanced to the second round of the Women's Singles. In the first round in Paris on Monday, 74-ranked Sania defeated Kristina Barrois of Germany in straight sets 6-3, 6-3. Sania now faces 12th seed Polish Agnieszka Radwanska in the second round. French Open title hopefuls Novak Djokovic and Francesca Schiavone have also moved into the second round. In the other matches slated for on Tuesday, Maria Sharapova of Russia will clash with Miriana Lucic of Croatia in Women's segment. In Men's Single, Raffael Nadal of Spain will face John Isner of USA.
