Sangakkara's record fourth consecutive ton drives Sri Lanka to 363/9

Tons by Kumar Sangakkara and T. Dilshan enabled Sri Lanka to amass a total of 363 against Scotland. Chasing a stiff target at Hobart, Scotland were batting at 67 for three in 16 overs, when last reports last came in. With a ton in today's match Sangakkara became the first batsman in history of ODI to score 4 consecutive centuries and also became first batsman to score 4 tons in a single edition of World Cup. His partner in crime was T Dilshan who also scored a century and they together stitched 195 runs for the second wicket. After they departed they had set a stage for 400 but batsman following them could not capitalise. They made 363 for 9 in stipulated 50 overs. For Scotland Josh Davey has entered record books for now as he is the highest wicket taker in this edition. He leads the pack of bowlers like Boult, Southee and Starc. This is Sri Lanka's last league stage match and they are already in the quarterfinals, a win here would adjust their standing in the Pool table. Scotland is already out of contention, but they will try to register a win against a Test playing nation a consolation for their team.
