In Madhya Pradesh, BJP candidate Sampattiya Uike has been elected to Rajya Sabha seat unopposed today. <br/><br/>The bye-election was necessitated on one Rajya Sabha seat from the state after the death of BJP's Anil Madhav Dave. Today was the last day for withdrawal of nominations and Ms. Uike was the lone candidate for the seat.
