Sam Pitroda, one of the accused in National Herald case was today granted bail by a trial court in Delhi.<br/><br/>The Court also granted exemption to Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, Congress treasurer Motilal Vora, Gandhis' family friend Suman Dubey and another party leader Oscar Fernandes as per the Supreme Court directive.<br/><br/>Sonia Gandhi, Rahul and three others are already out on bail.<br/><br/>The apex court had on Friday last week (February 12) exempted the Gandhis and others from personal appearances, noting their presence in the trial court would cause more inconvenience than convenience.<br/><br/>The trail court also fixed March 21 for further hearing of the case.<br/><br/>The case is based on a complaint lodged by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy against the Gandhis and others accusing them of cheating, conspiracy and criminal breach of trust.
