The organizing committee of 12th South Asian Games (SAG) informed that priority will be given to senior citizens. Tickets are being sold at a reasonable rate of 10 and 20 rupees .R K Sharma, Chief Executive officer of SAG, Shillong told AIR that there will be a separate queue for the senior citizens. Meanwhile, ticket sales for SAG in Shillong have picked up soon after the tickets were up for sale online. Retail outlets have been put up in various pockets of Shillong. Badminton has sold more than 300 tickets till date whereas the overall capacity of the venue at NEHU is 500.
